How long does my order take to ship?
The processing time may take up to 10 business days after the payment is posted. If you need the dress to come to you sooner, write about it and we will try to make the garment come to you on time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Of course, we ship worldwide! There is no place that Nalu will not reach;). In the shipping option, enter the name of the country of your order destination. Can I exchange purchased clothes?
Of course. If the clothing does not show traces of use and has a label, you can exchange them within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Fill out the return form and send it along with the proof of purchase and the item you want to exchange to our address. Within a week of collecting your parcel, you will receive a gift card with the equivalent of purchased clothes that you can use for your next purchase.
